Avoid throwing away plastic toothpaste tubes and desperately squeezing the last bit out with these great toothpaste tablets! It might sound weird (or fun!) but to use these tablets, simply put them in your mouth, chew until it's nice and creamy and brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush.
 
For best results, we advise a little water and to swish the tablet foam back and forth for 2-3 seconds before brushing. After a few brushes, you'll get used to it!
